Refund Policy

Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the planner must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalized or customized.

Return Process:
1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at thecup428@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Please ensure that you securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your planner for a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
